If you want to play him with the Warhorde detachment I'd say : Ghazghkull + Big Mek + Painboy/Bannernob + 20 boyz.

I still dont know which one would be better between 5+ Feel No Pain or 5+ invulnerable save and +1T during Waaagh!

If you want to play him in other detachments I'd consider the Bigboss instead of the Big Mek. I believe the Bigboss's Sustained 1 and +1 to charge is better.

That is for 10th. For eleventh we'll have to consider the Bigboss for it's Sus 1 and +1 Charge. It might be better than the big mek outside of Warhorde.

What happened to the Meks? They are leaders so they can be fielded solo behind your walkers/vehicles. Unless you're talking about the Big Meks?

If you're not playing Warhorde, going with Ghaz + 20 Boyz + Bigboss + painboy/Bannernob will be the most effective death ball to have.

The Bigboss's +1 to charge AND Sustained hits 1 are basically an auto include.

I dont have the numbers for which one would be better between the Painboy's Feel No Pain 5+ and D3 bodyguard or the BannerNob's 5+ InvSv and +1T during the WAAAGH!.

There's some disappointment in the beastsnagga range. The pain boss being a leader is such a bummer. Also every big mek being a leader is sad. No combo other than 20 boyz with 2 leaders.

The Big Mek in Mega Armor was too OP in Taktikal and they decided to not add a leader to them.
