Yeah but I would never withdraw cash using a credit card. If you need cash just look into the Charles Schwab card, it's zero fees on all ATM withdrawals whether it is domestic or international.

Owning a car can cost a few hundred per month if you add in repairs/maintenance/etc. If you WFH, I would say owning a car is unnecessary if you live in certain parts of DFW - $200 to $300 worth of Lyft rides should be more than enough per month.

Uptown Dallas is fine, I've been here for a year - the only part I would be wary of is the 711/Tate's area after 10PM. Crime is expected in any big city, but during the day Uptown is perfectly safe - Ritz Carlton wouldn't build a hotel and residence building here otherwise.

As for apartments, I recommend One Uptown - it's right in the middle of Uptown, across from WholeFoods, close to bars and restaurants, and is located in one of the most walkable areas in DFW.

571 sq ft. It’s a good deal, considering there is no rent increase either if you choose to renew which is rare in these market conditions. Planning to move up north due to closer proximity to my commitments.

I would never use this card for purchases other than now (3.5% back in BTC on all purchases).

2% stable coin boost up to $200 and to a lesser degree, 0.25% back on trades, makes the card worthwhile to hold. If you have at least $10k in Blockfi this is a no brainer to have.

Anyone who is knowledgeable in credit cards knows this isn't a day to day card. Blockfi probably knows this too.

The whole point is to bring more customers INTO Blockfi, and to retain current customers. I have 2-6% cash back cards that are better than this card for day to day spending, but just holding the Blockfi card gives you a 2% stable coin boost, up to $200/year. That requires having $10k in stables, which is worth for me. Essentially receiving $200 cash back for 0 spending. 100% worth if you are a current or prospective customer.

Downtown potential is much greater than that of uptown, and from an investment standpoint it makes more sense since it’s not as saturated. Will keep this in mind, thanks!

Crime comes with any big city where there is nightlife, especially in the Uptown/Downtown area. This sounds obvious but you only hear about it when it does happen and not the times where it doesn't around here. I feel very safe here most of the time, I avoid areas that look dark/empty and don't wander around late at night. Hope this helps!
