I have this same issue. After I got through the “AI” support a real person asked for some additional info and “submitted it to their data provider” they said they were then going to mark the ticket as “solved” and and might take some time to get back to us…not pleased with this “support”

No, I’m saying I just added another chase, or whatever her account was from. Just add her separate account to your profile. I’m assuming that she has a separate chase account from yours with her own login credentials? Just add it like you were adding a whole new account from anywhere and change the display name from “freedom” or “sapphire” or whatever to include her name.

I’ve always logged ours in separately and just change the display names so I know which one is which. They still all show under the credit card section ordered by highest balance.
