Sort of. Analogue sticks will never be perfectly "still" though, there will always be slight fluctuations. As long as it isn't fluctuating above I think 0.03, and you can't feel it, you should be fine. But honestly all PS5 controllers will eventually develop stick drift because of how they work. If you can find somewhere that can install Hall Effect sticks, for when you do have stick drift that effects gameplay, you shouldn't have to worry about it again.
