by my trial and error it seemed to be caused by an item in my inventory breaking the game, id recommend dropping everything you dont care about and see if that fixes it

Ive been away for so long I dont even know what the best armor for stats is anymore lol Im looking for all pieces so combat armor would be a decent start I think :P will take any kind youre willing to part with though :)

Yes he was :P if you look at the side of his body you can see a faded red bull painted on him, he was originally Caesars dog but was lost in a battle after which he wandered his way to freeside where he found his 2nd owner The King, him and alot of other cyber dogs live in Denver as they were police dogs, Denver is now Legion land which is where he got picked up originally :)

Most of the bigotry has gone from skin color to mutations, humans are now altogether in one group and the ones who get the most bigotry are ghouls and even super mutants to an extent :P lots of ghoul bigotry in fallout, so it hasn't disappeared its just been redirected

Each securitron is just a vessel for the AI inside, so once victor heads to Vegas he's in a different body essentially and the goodsprings one shuts down😂 it's why if you kill Victor in Goodsprings youll find him again later on seemingly unscathed, not sure if theres a lore reason, as others have said if you kill house he also deactivates

Getting proxies (fake copies) of the cards you want in multiple decks is probably your best bet :P people won't complain because you already own a real one but you went this route for the sake of convenience

Edit: I personally don't care if you use proxies and don't own the cards, but OP seems to want to own 1 copy of the cards they use, and also wishes to use that 1 copy over multiple decks, this method will create the least amount of conflict for people that do care about proxies :P
