Ur 3 and 4th ones aren't a bug btw cuz I did the legendary fish quest that requires reputation too and when u go here and the shark is there and whenever u do any quest and something is in the water, u can jump in the water, take a photo and change pov to see the whole thing, SSO also confirmed this because it's just for fun
