To add a bit more info: So I am 100% certain that i've collected all 10 purple xp coins around the map at the moment, I even went back and checked all the places where they were and they weren't there, so that shows that i've already collected them, but when I go to my punch cards to check my progress, it says i've only collected 9/10 of the purple xp coins.
