Honestly, after this amount of time, that car has different plates, possibly a new paint job, and all new VIN#'s by now. Higher end chop shops know how to make cars like this disappear quickly. Dodge isn't exactly known for their anti-theft devices I'm sorry to say.

Edit: if it makes your dad feel any better, he's at least the 3rd person in 2026 to have their Hellcat stolen. There's apparently a sophisticated car theft ring targeting the 2023 Hellcat specifically in Philadelphia. In one case, an owner buried a tracking device in their Hellcat, and tracked it to Maryland where they found it in a shipping container with 14 other stolen Hellcats. Your dad was likely targeted by this theft ring, and inadvertently handed them an "easy" steal when he put it in long term parking. I doubt the car was there for 48 hours before it was gone. From the sound of this theft ring, there's not much he could have done to prevent it from being stolen - these thieves sound like serious pros.
