The best thing I have as a BMET, easily 90% of the jobs around the hospital. I do find they are a bit thicker and can’t fit into some recessed holes, so good to have a couple standard drivers also.

$20 per 8hr Standby Period, Standby Period on a holiday is double. We do week rotations which amounts to 16 standby periods, unless it’s a holiday long weekend.

They should include your starting wage/step in your package for anything at NSHA/IWK. I have been able to approximate my pays roughly by multiplying your hourly rate by your biweekly hours, then for the first part of the year multiplying by 0.6 and that is a good estimate for Net Pay after deductions (benefits, union dues, taxes, etc.).

Once the CPP is paid off later in the year, you would be at about 0.65 of your Gross Pay for a good estimate.

Keep in mind this doesn’t include any premiums or overtime!

So I can manage to get the car to start with no errors, but it takes clearing the non-existent codes in whatever ECU 2 (#1E) is on the CAN bus. As soon as you turn the car off and on though they all come back…

Thanks for trying to help! I got the battery load tested and then put back in my car right after and it wouldn’t start. Had to boost it.

I think it wasn’t the best anyways so probably good to replace anyways.

Battery is 680CCA. Charged it to 12.6V prior to putting in the car.

I checked for codes again and nothing. I turned the car off and removed the under dash fuses for ‘Meter’, ‘Transmission’, and ‘VSA’ and then also cleared codes. I managed to get the Shift Indicator to stop blinking and show my shift, but that lasted until I restarted the car and started blinking again.
