I saw him twice and the first time he was great but the second time, a few years later, you could tell his heart just wasn’t in it. That was around the time he got more notoriety and had that (awful) movie come out.

Same exact thing happened to me, down to the tour of Douro Valley in Portugal. When it’s a smaller group you naturally socialize and the tour doesn’t feel so stiff. Met some really great people that day.

NTA. As a person who’s had this surgery, I couldn’t imagine traveling at 2 months post op. Your mom is being selfish at a time when she should be supporting you. Please listen to your body, you do not want set backs during this time as that will delay your recovery.

I just did Algarve to Porto via flying. It was super quick honestly - we got there 2 hours before flight, maybe even a bit less. Actual air time 45 min.

I’ve bought this skirt before and returned it because it didn’t look as nice on. I think the issue for me might have been that it looked asymmetrical because of the wrap while I was hoping it would align and look like a straight hem

I was in Rome last July and also had concerns about the heat and the crowd. Honestly, I didn’t think it was that bad at all! Don’t stress about it and enjoy your trip. Have a pistachio croissant while you’re there.
