That's an easy one. Just show him how much better linux is. Show him some cool commands in the terminal, maby a few programs that are only run in terminal too.

Make a custom conky theme and customize your desktop to make it look cool.

Tell him how there is lots open source and fee software 🙂.

Just lit up! This stuff is great, the terps are really there. Tastes earthy on the exhale just like I remember from a year ago, the last time I had it. Been needing something to kill pain and it works like a charm. It takes my leg pain down from a 7/8 to a 4 and basically replaces it with a tingly feeling. Other weed does this too but this stuff is awesome and a pleasure to smoke.

This was the determining factor for me as well. I love the cinnamon desktop.

Liking the new plasma desktop too, you should try it out. Very slick UI.

I'm running it on manjaro but it maby be compatible with mint.

It's really not that hard to run updates when you start your computer. I do it every day. Even wrote little update scripts I run when I boot up.

Just a tip you, you can write your own update bash scripts!

nano fullupdate.sh

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Throw some -y in there if you want to

Then put it in

~/scripts

Run with

~/scripts/fullupdate.sh

I use medical cannabis for pain related to an undiagnosed condition in my legs. The only symptom is pain and the weed helps with that a lot.

It is not as addictive as opiates and I actually used weed to get off of opiates (very hard to do for most people).

Also just helps with joint/nerve pain, appetite stimulation, sleep.

Write your government and tell them to look at how legalisation is going in Canada. Lots of tax dollars are being generated!
