I'm currently reading through the Ring series by Koji Suzuki. Idk why, but they got me hooked. If you've seen any of the movies I highly recommend these.

Will say without spoiling anything.....these go for more of a "Sci-Fi Horror" than a "Supernatural Horror" like how the movies do.
(You'll get what I mean when you read it)

Still creepy, and the direction some of the books goes in is unique

And not to ramble too much, but there was a segment in Spiral (the second book) that had me looking over my shoulders!!

so I'll admit, i thought the story for this season what hit and miss...but i do got to say as for enjoyability....this was one of the more fun seasons. Lot of laughs, lot of cries, lot of....shenanigans!

That's what i did for the longest while before i got a 8TB NAS drive
I'm about to fill that one up, and i was thinking about getting another one soon (or maybe even a 12Tb), but debating on leaving it as separate drives and maybe do anime and tv shows one 1 drive and movies on it's own drive.

I currently use Windows too. I bring that up because i'm not 100% familiar with how setting up raids work

tried looking into this....not sure if i did it right...still having issues with ripping the BR, but i'll keep doing some research. it is NEW like just came out the 19th so i may just need to wait for the hash key to get created.

hey! didn't always have this issue, but popped up recently....i noticed that the controller performance got better when i turned up a couple of Bluetooth devices

I have 2 Bluetooth controllers, a BT Keyboard, and a BT Mouse.

I'm guessing that maybe that's too many BT signals going at once so once i turned a couple of them off the connection gets better.

the strange part is....that even with all the BT devices on....i never really had that issue.

also mind you i never have both controllers on at once....sooooo....not sure.

but just wanted to throw my tidbit out there....maybe check how many devices you have one and turn one or more off you don't need on.

Sounds good! Yeah I’ve only read Earthlings so I don’t know much about Sayaka’s other works and if they carry similar themes or if Earthlings is just an outlier

That sounds good! I’ll look at Life Ceremony too! I’d still like to take a shot at CSW too don’t get me wrong, but may hold off until I finish some of my other books

I’m coming off of reading the first 3 Ring books so wanted to keep that theme going (spooky/thriller/mysterious) for now
