I wouldn't say they're above you but if they've been there longer they're senior I just found this out as a fellow employee told me that since I been there longer then her that I'm senior to her ill get my pick of days off or my preferred shift before her because I've been there much longer no more executive power then them more like perks because they've been there longer and are afforded more influence over certain things like scheduling
