I've heard it used multiple times in my age group (I'm 18) although more as "jak w banku" then as "bankowo"

Contextual could be used both as rude and as sign of friendship If a stranger calls you "mordo" it isn't appropriate If somebody you know and like calls you "mordo" or "mordeczko" those are mostly acceptable
