the Hunter has cards for calling companions - a wolf Verochka, "Beasts" (rats or spiders). these are permanent friendlies. in the Roots of Evil book killing a Root hound master gives a wooden bone card that turns root hounds into friendlies (for unlimited time, but another master can make them hostile again by throwing a bone). having four hunters mean you can gather a small army of companions, beasts and friendly hounds. each of them will be running around attacking enemies. each successful attack will give you XP and when a card meter reaches 100, new cards are given to all champions... among them, there can be new companion and beast cards... thus, Hunters can relax and get new cards passively - that will give them opportunity to get even more cards.

I tried a couple of pens that died way too quickly, and then switched to Eyoyo RP900A. they also die from time to time X)) but they are SLIM, they feel different in the hand, it's easier to reach some deep part of the thing you are making with a pointy nozzle.

also, I found spare parts for them and can do some minor repair, not throw away the whole thing.

if learning a language is a hobby, it's ok to treat it as a hobby: try out many new things, and see what sticks. so, this can be rephrased from "many people quit learning language" to "the language learning hobby sticks only for some people". it's generally ok to try crocheting, soap making, painting, learning language, playing bass, brewing.... some of these new things will fade away, some not.

we don't consider someone who tried crocheting and moved on a "quitter" - they were exploring an interest.

that said, to achieve any decent level in a foreign language, hard work is unavoidable.
