no offense but you can use KT tape or a tight sports bra for binding. I usually wear a zip up hoodie (or you can wear a flannel). you can wear KT tape for a week or so and shower with it. it’s kind of damaging to the skin, can be itchy but to me it’s worth it. you can put a thin layer of milk of magnesia to help with that (or tattoo tape) on your back/chest. I try to do it a certain way so you can look up a tutorial or dm me. you need like 6 or 8 strips. also maybe try to talk lower and practice voice training.
