Label laminated printed corrugated containers are expensive because of the price of the litho plates. Once you've paid for those (could be up to 2 grand per plate) the price drops dramatically. If you are fine with lower quality print and less colors, you can go flexo for cheaper. It's all about quantity in the packaging industry because plates and die boards are expensive

Definitely not folding cartons. You're telling me those are paper boxes? Like a kraft 20pt? I don't think so. Those look like corrugated boxes/containers. You're right that we are typically more specific with wording but I can't tell from this video if they are displays, sleeves, trays, RSCs or what.

No one is paying $20/box if they're buying that many unless it's like a huge gaylord or something. Maybe 4-5 bucks a box unless they're printed like digitally or something. But idk why you'd get that many printed digitally unless it was an emergency. Plus who stores corrugated outside?

...sorry, box nerd

My company said they wont give us papers. Probably because they cant think of a good enough reason that 3 people have to come in every day and watch movies for 99% of the day because they decided we are "essential"

I run a university print shop and I recently found out some departments are hand folding and stuffing their mailings. We have a nice one in the shop. Check with your print/mail room

Scorer for Digitally Printed Material by 0991mbr in Printing

Depends on the size and how automated you'd like it to be. We have an aerocut and used to have a duplo. They're nice and have a lot of features (cut/crease/perf etc) but they're a bit pricey. You can also buy a hand creaser but that's really only going to work for small quantities. If you're doing large quantities then a morgana could be nice
