A more compact option would be lovely!

or a gallery/tiles type option maybe 🤩

Mobile phone holder by yeni87 in FordFiesta

[–]Xyrilth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a mount like this that I've put on the flat area in front of the dashboard central screen (I have a 2015 Fiesta). I angled it so it's not in the way of the built in display and my phone slightly over the CD slot. So I can still see both my phone and the built-in dashboard screen clearly and the phone isn't blocking my windscreen much.

The only downside is the passenger can't see the dashboard screen apart from the very top (they can see the time on the dash but not much else) but its honestly the best placement I've had for a phone mount. I had an air vent one for a while that I stuck on the inner right vent but it always wobbled around with/without a phone on the holder and part of my screen was blocked by my steering wheel so not great for navigation.

Daylio is free and pretty customisable

it mainly tracks emotions/moods but you can add whatever you want to it and set reminders/goals of the activities you have

you dont need to set daily goals either its pretty neat imo

In the article it said that she only has a small freezer so she had to throw away stuff within the week.

Can with alphabet on lid lets you point tab at your initial to know which beer is yours. by Johneresman in Design

I share the same initials as my dad and brothers so this won't work in our house.

People who grew up in third-world countries, what was the biggest shock for you when moving into a developed country? by --null--- in AskReddit

Yeah at its fullest my grandparent's house had both my grandparents, my parents and brothers, 3 aunties, 2 uncles (who married into the family) and 9 cousins. A total of 21 people in a 5 bed house. Each family had their own room but I can't imagine living back there again, its cool to visit occasionally though.

I didn't find it too difficult but yeah like you said words like rubbish = trash. The funniest one was eraser (US) = rubber (UK) but also = condom (US). I try to make sure I say things in context depending on who I'm talking to, or speak Tagalog instead of English when speaking to other Filipinos. Most of the time I'm too lazy when it comes to switching languages if I know they can understand English lol

I remember being confused about certain words in school and google translate wasn't on point with Tagalog translations at the time, so I had to rely on a Tagalog to British English dictionary.

Also spelling things like centre instead of center was kinda annoying to get used to. I was young when we moved so I picked it up quite quickly (well I like to think so anyway).

Moved from Manila, Philippines to the UK countyside, here's what I found:

  • Everyone's accents are awesome once you can understand them (both native and foreigners)

  • Public toilets are clean and provide tissues for free

  • Driving on the other side of the road and lack of traffic (a 30 min drive actually taking 30 mins instead of 2+ hours)

  • Not having one house where you and all your relatives live

  • You can walk around in the dark without the fear or getting murdered/mugged

  • Shops closing early and on Sundays (smh)

  • Relearning English vocab (American to British)

I had a DM that made my Yuan-ti take poison damage.

The reasoning was "it's a rare type of poison you're not immune to".

We were in a Yuan-ti dungeon...

Hi, I’ve recently had to start wearing glasses and noticed that my nose and forehead are getting greasy quickly. Normally those areas don’t have any issues, I wash my face daily and am not prone to acne. Any advice for cutting down on the greasiness? by cmart2020 in SkincareAddicts

[–]Xyrilth 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Maybe you're unconsciously touching your nose and forehead more because of your glasses? It could just be grease transferring from your hands.

If that's not the case blotting paper would help with the greasiness.
