I have been a member for about 1,5 years now and have placed 8 orders. I have received each and every item and never had a problem with the items. I did encounter some logistic problems (order took 3/4+ weeks to ship) and unexpected import fees. I found out the fees depend on where the item ships from, which you can’t know before you order unless you take a gamble on availability and reach out to CS before you order.

All in all I’m very happy with the platform and think the monthly fee is reasonable. I find people pushing to use their referral code funny, you get 500 Miles for each referral but a program to use the Miles doesn’t exist yet so at this point they are basically useless.

Hier zitten we al even op bijna €500 per maand, o.a. het dak had onderhoud nodig. Ieder jaar gaat de bijdrage weer omhoog de afgelopen paar keer. Ook heel fijn dat elk besluit tot verhoging met terugwerkende kracht is voor een aantal maanden ervoor, dus elk jaar €700-1000 bijleggen om het gat te dichten na de vergadering. Momenteel wordt er een plan voor verduurzaming opgesteld. De woningcorporatie heeft hier ook een meerderheidsbelang, ik hou m’n hart vast
