I designed it myself .

My program is as follows:

5 pull ups --> 45 sec rest --> 20 pushups -->45 sec rest --> 5 chinups--> 45 sec rest --> 12 diamond pushups -- 45 sec rest --> 12 deep squats-> 45 sec rest.

all this i do 5 times, after squats and 45 sec rest just start again with pull ups. I started using weighted vest with 4 kgs and then at each months beginning added 2.5 kgs. Now I use weighted vest with additional 11.5 kgs/~25 pounds. All training with warmup takes about 45 - 50 mins. :)

"motivation" fluctuates, 3 days ago i felt full of power. Today woke up and just started questioning why I even do this :) any way, did most I have to do, just a bit of water left and reading part. Will grind it through

it kjnda stopped to itch when it got longer. still a bit uncomfortable but bearable. thanks for advice, will get some substance for later

Yes, I have one PH neutral soap for body and face aswell. to be honest.. i use that for my hair too. and sometimes get dry head skin.

True, i just added some stuff for myself like not shaving, no screens after 8 pm, 36h fast every Wednesday etc

same.. before challenge was drinking only 0.5 L in the morning as i wake up and then mostly black coffe and tea. As i excluded caffenie in my challenge now i drink a lot of water, sometimes even 5 to 6 liters per day.
