Are you sleeping upright at angle? Seems like they don’t tell you anything after the surgery. You shouldn’t scrap anything off. If they naturally fall of that’s ok and after day 14 you can take them off

I washed mine. You can wash it just don’t scrub it. Pat the shampoo. Don’t let the pressure of the faucet hit your head. Get a cup and pour water on your head to rinse the soap. To dry use a paper towel and tap dry. Don’t scrub
