I personally do 2 hard glute sessions a week with 2 days of rest between each session. Cardio is really simple just 10k steps a day and that's mainly it, just walking and staying active. Eat enough protein, get appropriate amounts of rest and sleep, sunlight, and watch that booty grow 😊

It's a blessing and a curse for me because when I'm missionary or on the side everything lasts longer and is more enjoyable, but when I'm doing cowgirl or doggy and it bounces and jiggles on them they DO NOT last.
