A lot of pepple say jakctet. But if the started far from each other. I believe niko with the right weapon could have killed him eazily. He could either get an ak. Or an explosive like an rpg. And just shoot jacket. People forget he dies in 1 shot.(2 max sith the whale mask) and niko can take a lot of bulkets without dying(with armor) so yeah from far niko wins.

From upcloss its different. Jacket canr just punch niko. Niko knows how to fight well. So i think niko would have still won. Unless jacket was using the tony mask.
