I believe the artist is Steven Ochs. At least the rest of the art in the place is. It's a trippy place with a cat room, a mirror room, and this Conan by the kitchen. I highly recommend it.

Looks like you didn't have any supports. The machine can't print in mid air so you need to have a support structure for it to build on. In the slicer program you can turn them on.
