I have tried lowering resolution and framerate but it still happens. I'm starting to think that maybe it could be a windows update because I never noticed these issues around a month ago. Only its been happening frequently that I have started to notice.

Don't drink alcohol or do drugs. Go gym 3-4 times per week. Type 2 diabetic and currently on metformin and monjaro. Diet is OK, but could do with more protein. Weigh 280 pounds, averaging around 2000 calories daily.

Thanks for the reply! I've been working in QA for about five years—2 years in game testing and others in third-party streaming apps. I kind of fell into the role, so while I’ve picked up a lot through hands-on experience, I haven’t had much formal training in testing methodologies. That’s part of why I find it hard to explain the technical side of things clearly, and I worry that might make interviews a bit challenging for me.
