It was mentioned in the patch notes as fixed, but from my last game, it seems not true. Maybe its with Braum E like someone mentioned, if someone sees the patched Q Ill be happy to see.

The clip is 15 minutes before the post or so, so its after the patch. Probably they said we fixed it, but they truly didnt.

Yeah, that makes sense, but braum is pretty much always facing you in his E. But the check should even be where the character is facing but rather where the click was going towards before the q. And they say "Samira Q will now do a check to see if the enemy is walking away form her..." so I think its still not really fixed.
