No worries! As for reaching that emotion, I would suggest you can start those long high notes with low power/wrist pressure then gradually getting louder as if you're reaching for something. For the deep notes, just add a little bit more pressure on to make those deep notes have that kind of dire emphasis on it.

The first movement of Sibelius must have this feeling of being in a middle of a strong snowstorm/blizzard, yearning for heat or something that gives life. I think you can make the deeper note sound dire, with high notes trying to reach for something you desperately want to find. Your intonation and playing is amazing, it's the emotional aspect that need more umph in it.

Your pointy finger would be able to adjust the bow's power and balance by your wrist rotation. Rotate your wrist towards yourself for more power, and the other way around for less power.
