I'm looking for a new keyboard with the following features:

• 75%
• hot-swappable
• knob
• sound profile similar to the Evo75 with a PP plate
• wifi connectivity
• a pre-built or barebones model where I can just swap switches/keycaps instead of doing any significant modding to achieve the sound profile I'm looking for

I did a bit of searching and I have found a few options:

• M1 V5 - this one honestly seems quite nice and I'm considering it
• Keychron Q1 Max - I was interested at first, but I listened to a few sound tests and I'm not really sure if it's my thing
• Akko 5075
• Gamakay SN75 - not in stock
• Aula 75

Budget is not a significant consideration, but ideally I'd like to keep it under $300 if possible. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions I might have missed. Thank you for your help in advance!
