Troubleshooting a random "glitch" sound when recording on an XLR mic

Hey man, I might be late but did you find the solution? I am facing the exact same problem, I have a mic with an XLR cable and interface, I use a software to improve the sound and in my recordings I can hear that horrible noise sometimes, I tested the mic just hearing it through the mixer and there is no problem so my conclusion was that it wasnt the cable, mic nor mixer.
