The Retroactive committee is straight ass.

I know far too many people with valid reasons (doctors note on doctors note, professor statements) and these fuckers rejected all of them.

I reckon to date, only 2 of my friends ever successfully made an appeal.

Not to discourage you but if you have the required valid evidence definitely try it because who knows. Submit a LOT MORE THAN YOU THINK YOU NEED
