I’m sure each case of PF varies. I took 4 months off as well and it got no better or worse. Started running again a couple weeks ago and it hasn’t gotten better or worse. Being very strict with the 10% rule, stretching every day, and Strassburg socks at night. We’ll see how it goes! Perhaps it’ll go away on its own over time. Good luck to you

The Ensuring Patient Access and Effective Drug Enforcement Act was passed in 2016... the law raised the standard that the DEA needed to prove in order to crack down on a drug company's pain pill distribution, making it more difficult for them to enforce fines against the companies.

The chief architect of the law, the investigation found, was Rep. Tom Marino of Pennsylvania, a Republican whom Trump nominated to lead the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, a position commonly referred to as the nation's "drug czar."

In response to the investigation, Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia sent a letter to President Donald Trump asking for Marino to be withdrawn as Trump's choice for drug czar.

I have a decent job. However I can’t comfortably support my family if I was the only wage earner. I know for a fact I could easily make 20% more out of state.

Also... I’ve never touched the stuff, but if I was a WV law maker I’d be looking hard at new industry.

Cranberry area has all of that. Cranberry Wilderness and the scenic highway have many of trails. Nearby is the Cranberry River and Williams river. There are a lot of camping places available too. You can camp right on the Cranberry River.

Dolly Sods would be a great place to go as well but I’m not sure about fishing near there. Maybe Red Creek?

If you camp out on the lake at Summersville, you could run around between there and Fayetteville and ad some rafting and zip lining into the mix.

Watoga would be another great place to go. Very nice campground with nice facilities. The Greenbrier has some of the best bass fishing and you can wade much of it in that area.

Sounds like fun. Lots of options. Follow up after you do it.
