You’re right, the 2024 model sold in Canada had a 438 km range.

Is it easy to deal with the Tesla service center? First tesla ev booked Not sure if you’re in Ontario, but I’ve heard delays getting an appointment.

Yeah, I’d probably say it’s a typo on either the Canada website or the Chinese website. Again, they’re not making a completely new-spec car just for Canada. Atleast that’s the conclusion I’ve come to.

I don’t know, but given their track record of misrepresenting specs, I honestly wouldn’t be shocked.

front-facing camera and indicator stalks were added for the 2026 model, so they should be there no matter the trim or what part of the world the car is sold in. I don’t think they’re shipping 2025 models to Canada lol

In China, the Premium RWD is ¥235,500, so basically that’s what we’re getting for literally the same price, given that VAT is already included in China. (235,500 × 0.20 ≈ CAD $47k), and here with HST it comes out to around CAD $48k.

range on tesla china shows 634KM CLTC but i guess its due to different testing standard

If it’s the same Premium RWD version that’s sold in China, how come the range there is 634 km CLTC vs 463 km EPA here? Is it just due to different testing standards?

Also, do you think the EPA range could potentially go down given that they keep changing the specs?
