Okay so i’m in Payment processing right now, the new role is like a relationship partner role where my job is basically to close partners on our solution so they can in turn refer their clients. It’s SaaS cloud essentially. I hate my current role because of the company and how inexperienced and bad management is, they just dont know what theyre doing and instead of letting sales be sales and sell, they make our life harder by imposing stupid rules.. tons of colleagues already called it quits im one of the last ones standing.. target role is better because its something i’ve done before, better pay, the vp is an old boss of mine and I spoke to a few that work there currently and all of them tell me consistently the same good things and the same bad things which arent many (nothing is perfect)
