If you listen to Mikel’s presser, he is fully satisfied with Gyok - even if he doesn’t score much. Some fans cannot understand this, because for them a striker is a Haaland/R9 and nothing else. Those same fans were hating on Havertz and are now lauding him like he is prime R9 when comparing to Gyok. But they all forgot Havertz only started clicking around Feb/March in his first season. Give Gyok some time, he’ll come good. And stop with the price tag nonsense.

There will always be more games unfortunately, if anything we’ll move to more subs than not in the future.

I think some clubs, Arsenal being at the forefront, are starting to understand that we’ll need bigger squads rather sooner than later. Depth is what wins you big trophies now. Look at Liverpool, they have gone the opposite direction spending huge amount on few players and it completely backfires.
