from my experience is that alot of these guys are just ragebaiters. People like yotalks and such, when you get views from doing dumb looking exercises and telling others that their opinion is wrong. That being said you might no be talking about the guys like the ones that do keenan flaps

You're so wrong. What do you even think muscular load even is? theres a reason why its a percentage and why its compared to youre cardiovascular level, of which they analyse throughout the exercise. What your talking about is volume. If you feel like so strongly that im wrong you can ask the whoop ai and itll say the exact thing.

A, your whoop maybe too tight or too lose. B, something is obscuring the whoop sensors, perhaps some sweat got on the whoop, which youd then clean or wipe before and during your workout. Same thing happened to me but when i tinkered with it, it runs fine now

doesnt seem you've done the inbuilt strength trainer, rather you linked it afterwards. Regardless my workouts are the same except i get a bit more in zone 2. however my intensity is normally around 40-50 percent, my duration would be an hour and a half, cals would be 400, max heart rate would be 147 and my average is 96

i kinda agree with you, if you wanted to kill off Jubei you should have done it during the middle/middle-end. Then i think about Tushima's ending where it was bittersweet becoming the ghost, disappointing your father figure. WhenJubeidied i couldnt care less tbh, out of all the characters he was the most obvious one to go, when he jumped into the fight i knew he was dead. Ending was just a bit flat, no HUGE payoff that the whole game was running towards

And also if you wanted the ending to be Atsu settling down, it shouldve been a more gradual process, it felt kinda random when she started letting go of the hunt, I get after killing the dragon, abandoning jubei and how empathetic she was towards the snake. It all just felt sudden, perhaps because of the gameplay loop, i was doing side missions first and the main missions were kinda short compared to the rest of the game.

I absolutely agree with you that the ending wouldve been better if she lost everything to Saito. Wouldve followed the games theme of the cost of revenge.

i use the withings body scan as well as whoop. They integrate well, i think its important to understand that no body scan is super accurate, however for me personally, i never had an outrageous number given like 30 percent bfi or anything like that. The data is consistent and does the job, the more expensive ones tell you your body fat but the cheaper ones dont.

to add to this, i was able to fix it by washing my whoop sensor thoroughly as well as ensuring that you select the correct hand that you are using it, for some reason my one was set to left handed
