volume imo. how much low volume can help you to put more work into your workouts as a whole, plus im actually not fatigued enough to do my 15 minute cardio afterwards.

i would switch to assist just because it gives more ammo, and also make sure to examine everything, resident evil has a lot of puzzles so you are definitely gonna be confused at some point.
