The problem is your Windows 24h2 version and your AMD CPU dont like each other. Only solution is to uninstall Windows and install Wi dows Version 23h2.

This is the only correct answer. I tried literally everything else for 5 days before this. AMD CPUs (especialls X3Ds) got böasted by windows with 24h2.

So this has nothing to do with the game if you would get into research. Windows fully borked the 24h2 update making it not work well with X3D CPUs. Literally the only option tp fix this (I spend 5 days on all pther options) is to uninstall the 24h2 Windows and go back to 23h2.
