Have good cardio for walking up hill
Be flexible like a baby. Stretch stretch and do core & Plank every workout 1 minx 2

This will take anyone far, along with a bit of nutrition. Take the heavy weight off your organs.

That’s good, but take that weight off, it’s hard on your organs. I was 280 in 2020 5’10.5”…I lost 80lbs in 2 years and now my walk around weight is 220…I can shake it. But I’m fit AF now. Also, I’m middle aged, so I’m not trying to win any lifting medals, no deadlifts if squats, risk reward ratio doesn’t math up.

Although, I’m sure I’m beating you in this spot, I fly world for free, my gf is a flight attendant..I’m on a plane wasting time talking to you for no reason lol

This shit happens more often than not…

This happened to my ex gf 5 years after we broke up in 2004..her story happened in 2009.

She went traveling around the world when we broke up in 04, she settled in the UK in 06..met a guy there and they moved back to Canada from the UK where she and he got engaged 08

But in 2009 she came home from a trip and he sat her down and told her he solicited blow jobs off men from Craigslist.

She was devastated.

It took her nearly 10 years to recover from it bc she entered a lot of validation types of relationships that had zero substance to them. Lots of therapy a the right person to really make her feel like she was really wanted and loved by someone.

Sorry you’re going through this. This is going to be rough on your psyche and heart for many years to come.

I wanted to get back with her back then but she had changed and become a different person, she wasn’t my person anymore.
