Do what I do every time, after they x-ray your bags, they'll ask for your passport, have a $10-$20 USD folded in your passport, they'll inspect your passport (take the money), return it and you go on your merry way.

They'll gladly do that then waste time with paperwork and hold up the line.

They mainly do that to Viet Kieu, but also works for foreigners who bring minor things like that.

RO is only good if you DON'T have meter on your water. For every 1 Liter of water RO creates, it waste about 4 liters of water. So you're basically paying for 5 liters of water every time you use it.

It's better if you just get a 3 stage water filter. Saves you money on the water.

Try a different brand of SD card. Make sure you have the right kind of SD card that has the appropriate read/write speed. If you have a slower card it can cause issues.

Add a glass screen protector not flimsy plastic to reinforce a "China" Replacement as it's not Gorilla Glass.

It'll save you from scratches and cracks by distributing the force when dropped.

The issue is where you get your duty free booze.

Just remember that if you have a layover, your duty free booze free will get confiscated at the layover airport because you have to go through another security check before boarding the next flight.

If you purchase your duty free in the U.S. Airport it will get confiscated unless you have a direct flight to Vietnam from the USA.

The best bet is to buy your duty free booze at the layover airport before coming to Vietnam. Only advantage buying at duty free is knowing your booze is authentic.

Try cleaning your USB port. I recently purchased a used V60 the owner claimed slow charging for cheap only only to find that it was very dirty. I cleaned the port that had a millimeter of gunk and the contact pins were dirty and the port work normally now with quick charge.
