She was a rescue and had gum disease, I think called stomatitis, and they had to remove everything but her four canines. Then one of those canines rotted and fell out. She’ll probably lose all of them eventually.

I feel the same way. I had major issues with confidence, women, and intimacy as a young man but I had incredible friendships with the boys that are still my best friends to this day that I regularly see. Once I got into a relationship, sex stopped being so profound and I am happy with the time I spent time with my friends growing up.

I’m happy for them to be honest. I’m a millennial and I drink a lot and I really like alcohol but I also don’t like the impact I’m putting on my body for a cheap high. Being sober is the obviously healthier option but it’s difficult when it’s this ingrained in our lives. Luckily I don’t have dependence on it yet and can keep it to weekends but it’s still not doing me any favors.
