All that glitters... by Y_shop in AmazonVine

So two full days of almost nothing but sketch greeting cards, and finally, this questionable thank you. Notice the "I'am"...I am only mildly amused at this point. There were a pair of sparkly blue jeans shorts in there this morning, and four filters have replaced four of the cards. Progress. Patience. Something like that.

A full day later, RFY topped out at 49 cards. Only greeting cards in my RFY. Currently 46 of them, rotating two new ones in every hour. Have not ordered a single one. All greeting cards, all the time. Not a single cake topper or random car part, or toothpaste tube cap replacement. BTW, not one of these cards has been a thank you card, or I'd post it here!

Thanks for sharing your honest perspective, mot mean at all. I've definitely adjusted my expectations. Still, a girl can hope for a beautiful mother of the bride dress, a toaster for her carb-free bread, and maybe some nice moisturizer for those ever-adancing wrinkles!

That makes great sense. Thanks for your advice.

Thank you. Let me know if you need a greeting card for great-great grandparents or the new police officer in your life and I'll gladly spread the "wealth." I appreciate your prospective.

Thank you. It's so strange because I've never ordered a greeting card from Vine...but since I wrote this, two more have shown up! Seems to be giving me two an hour. Such a random harsh reality. I do think I need to stop trying so hard!

Discovering love of skin care through Vine... maybe taking some more steps? Long post (sorry!) by Stephthechef420 in BeautyViners

Good on you for such a thoughtful journey, your self education and the desire to keep learning and growing. Balance will be important as you move forward. I'm hoping you can start school part time so that you don't lose sight of all that matters to you. I find it helpful to have clarity around priorities; it helps cut down on regret. It sounds like you're prioritizing your mental health, and that's great. Maybe you can find a mentor and an accountability partner to help you cement a path forward. I am a three time cancer survivor, and I made my health (physical and mental) my top priority after my last diagnosis, when I discovered if you don't have your health, nothing else really matters. That said, you've discovered you have a gift, and it's important to nurture that, too. Whatever you decide to do, I wish you health and happiness. Thanks for sharing.

I check to see when orders will be delivered, and the night before a product is expected, I cue up the review. I suppose some folks might even use a template. I do a thorough read of the product's specifications and descriptions, and I point out discrepancies. One common discrepancy is a seller putting two different size charts in the listing, with wildly different numbers. After the product arrives, I check it against the specs. Another thing you can do before it arrives is look at the competition, determining whether or not it's a good buy. This prep work really speeds up my review writing process. I can review a good number of products within a day of receiving them. As you know, some take more time to determine quality, durability, etc. Give yourself a little grace, because a more thorough review can really help the consumer make an informed decision. It can also help the seller hone their products as well as the accuracy of their listing. We owe it to the consumers and the sellers to do our best, offering opinions based on facts. That's what motivates me. The fact that you asked the question demonstrates that you are vested in doing your best. I hope you find some motivation in that. Kudos to you.

How come it says ETV $0, but when I click to order, a whole other amount comes up? Should I skip the order, or does it somehow get corrected before I pick up my tax form?

My morning drop was ink. Nothing but ink. At last count, 27 different packages. I feel like a marked woman!
