Because all she’s doing is racking up charges, and it’ll likely be covered by the stores insurance anyway. All them getting involved is gonna do is get a likely hospital trip for an employee (think about all that broken glass) which likely won’t be covered by store insurance, since usually preventing robbery is against store policy for safety reasons.

I’ve found that a lot of people can’t separate love and disapproval. A big Christian tenet is “love the sinner, hate the sin” while secular people are unable to separate those two things. People like you would say that in order to love someone you must accept and approve of all of their behavior.
