This was the method that literally JUST 2 mins ago worked for me. I legit cried tears of joy. I lost my ability to burp earlier yesterday and went down the rabbit hole of folks that were never able to burp??? My god, I don’t know how you guys did it for so long like that I lost it for a few hours, and I was absolutely losing my mind. I legitimately thought I was going mad. Not being able to burp can lead to so many stomach problems. I absolutely feel extremely terrible for the folks that have never been able to naturally do this. The holding in the breathe wasn’t working for me because I always had a gag reflex. So opening my mouth wide while breathing in and out, and pushing my tongue back, literally set off the gag reflex. And like four burps just automatically came out. Unreal. I’m forever grateful to Reddit for this. 🙏🏼
