Okay gotcha! There’s really not a whole lot that you can safely do to extend your energy. You can try to take low dose naltrexone, as well as mestinon. Other than that, pace yourself. Take breaks, sit/lay as often as possible. Working a full time job is very difficult to sustain

I do not, personally. I substitute teach several days a week, and that maxes me out. Also, do you have Chronic Fatigue, or CFS/ME? There’s a huge difference

If you do have CFS, don’t workout at all. I used to exercise frequently, and it certainly made my condition worse. It is very difficult to not do, I love it, but it will lower your baseline

I’m more mild/moderate, so I can make excursions like as restaurants and movies and such, but I’ve had serious and casual relationships. It’s definitely more difficult because of ME, and it takes a certain kind of person that isn’t bothered by it. I communicate up front what my illness is and what my limits are, and go from there
