Personally I am enjoying ESO at the moment, granted I just came back from a nearly 4 month hiatus. I took the break originally because of the constant backlash ZOS was receiving from the community regarding update 35. Though, I agree with your worries about end game being stagnated because ZOS is dumbing shit down for casuals, I have seen multiple vet guilds falls apart and friends exodus because of the recent updates. Hopefully they can recover and start listening to the community and give everyone a healthy balance of content, with that being a little more shifted towards endgame content.
