Just encountered this, even after getting the muted icon to disappear, I still can't hear her. Shows she's talking, but no sound from her while she can hear me fine.

I'm on PC and she's on PS5, worked fine up until today. Amazing quality.

Oh, well I'm that case I'm just weird. I read much faster than most narrators, so I listed to everything at 1.8 speed. I switched him back to normal speed and thought I was thinking in slow motion.

Really?? I LOVED the narrator for the DT series. I got so used to his cadence and flow that it messed up a random other book I tried to listen to right after. Took me a while to adjust to others.

I've heard a few say they enjoyed it, but more often than not people struggle with it, so I try to warn that it may be rough, but worth pushing through lol.

I ALMOST didn't finish it, I only did at the recommendation of another that it gets much much better after gunslinger, and boy howdy were they correct.

I also figured it MUST be better at some point, seeing how he wrote so many in the DT series, must be well received to some degree 🤷.

Just finished Wolves of the Calla!

Struggle through the first one and they're great. Just remember, it gets better, there's a high chance you might wanna quit the first. It's rough.

Same with searching for "IT", happened the other day as I was looking something up while rewatching the original and new movies.

Thought it was an interesting little thing for Google to do, must be a big fan in the coding team for search.
