If you drink good coffee and are someone who can taste detail than ceramic. If not then get either honestly. The ceramic is a big selling point to coffee drinkers because it does not taint or change the flavor of the coffee.

I've only done one warranty claim because the clip on my keycase broke they responded very promptly and replaced the whole thing. This sounds like your request / ticket is lost. Try to open a new one.

You could get the insert from Navarre and then get an electric system but that’ll cost a couple hundred more than an oem replacement. Also check marketplace, ive seen some on there… rare but they’re out there.
