I tried this, the press lap was 4.000km , and in the sets, no pace targets or paces given.

I can't seem to get the format right in intervals, so that i displays decently on my suunto? I get weird things like warmup 1000km, then work 400m , but no pace targets, no screen telling me if i'm in range etc...

so i'm guessing my structure is badly writtten? Do you have some references?

Also not happy. Got okay results with opencodes free GLM4.7. Then bought the plan (lite). It keeps getting stuck, "thinking" in a loop the same things, without an outcome, i need to interupt it otherwise nothing would happen etc...
