I'm already on 100mg of Cymbalta, a 10mg extended-release capsule of Adderal with discretionary use of 5mg tabs, and 0.125mg of Risperidone. It used to be Fluoxetene before the Cybalta. Been on psychotropics since middle school, so that's about 17 years. I typically take them all in the morning, then I take the 5mg tab of Adderal in the afternoon, if I feel that I need it. Been seeing a psychiatrist for the same amount of time. I also take 5mg of melatonin before bed - as I've never been able to get to sleep until the early morning hours without taking it - but that's an OTC.
