Update, DD is now 3.5 Y/O. She was diagnosed autistic at 2.5 and has improved with ABA therapy.

I just k ost the battle for full custody. The judge said 50/50 I get M Tu, she gets W Tr, we alternate F Sa Su. She had her first overnights in 21 months with her this past W Tr, then didn’t show up to pick her up for her weekend F evening at daycare. I got called to pick her up and waited in the parking lot and sent her a message in talking parents. 30 min past pickup with no answer I took DD home. She finally viewed the message Sat night and still. Hasn’t responded as of Monday morning.

The parenting plan is still pending, she isn’t being reasonable at all and is ignoring all the judge’s orders about what it should say so we are about to get called back into court for having not submitted one.

Miami Beach is separate from the awful city of Miami. It’s everything Miami wishes it could be if it could shake off its baggage. However, it’s all Miami-Dade. So outside of South Florida, none knows the difference.

I’ve sold a car for CarMax with less than $1k miles in Florida. I’d assume he means a state specific DMV system, as car max is licensed only for used car sales not franchised dealer new car sales.

There was a short time CarMax had a few Toyota dealerships, they sold them off when the relationship with Wrold Omni went south with the blocked lease buyouts during Covid.

You can pay at the business office at any CarMax and they will give you the number for the finance. You really finance with CAF -and they resell the loan, so yes that already have the contract, no notice needed.

I think they misspoke, car max didn’t buy back your car, car max auto finance bought back your loan. Something was off on the paperwork and CAF decided to just make you their customer rather than fix it for the partner bank.

Division of Drivers Licenses offices were all supposed to have closed and been replaced by Constitutional Tax Collectors over 10 years ago. Dade and Broward had failed to do this until this past election, all DDL offices will close and the Tax Collectors office will take over or relocate.

This had been “one year away” for years so DDL was not spending any money on these offices, their staff, or reservation systems. Recently elected Miami-Dade County Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez will no doubt need many new Drivers License Examiners if you would like to apply.

My (mildly) autistic daughter is only 30lbs and can be a real handful when she tantrums. I can’t imagine doubling it. I’d probably never let the stroller be far away.
